BEDMINSTER BEER TRAIL

There is something new coming to the Bedminster beer scene… Introducing the first ever independent beer trail. How BEMMY brilliant! If beer is your thing, or you just simply love supporting local businesses, you won’t want to miss out on this hop-tastic trail involving 12 pubs, bars and breweries who are coming together in the Bristol Beer Factory to create an exclusive festival beer to quench your thirst over the Jubilee Weekend.

So how does this exciting four day beer trail work? Not only are you out and about enjoying brilliant bevvies, you are also following a map with a sip and stamp system, which will have you stopping at a variety of venues to win a prize once it’s all completed. Don’t worry, there is something for everyone who completes the trail, so it is definitely worth committing to!

Alpha Bottle Shop

The fiercely independent Alpha Bottle Shop, is one of the few retailers in the country offering 100% refrigerated storage – how cool! One of BS3’s newest additions to the beer scene, if you haven’t popped in yet - make sure you do. Oh, and don’t worry if craft beers aren’t your thing, they offer low—no alcohol beverages too, so there’s no excuse to not get involved!

ON POINT BREWING

There’s a new brewery in town and it goes by the name On-Point Brewing. You can find it on Herbert Street and sit back and sample some of their top-quality brews in the comfort of their tap room. Keep an eye out for their ‘coming soon’ website for more information on what to expect from these guys!

CORONATION

The Coronation is a local favourite with a great beer selection for all and if you love a cheeky pub quiz - this one’s for you! You won’t be disappointed here. With amazing vegan food and a jolly atmosphere, this pub is one of great traditional character.

THE STEAM CRANE

Fancy having a few drinks in a traditional independent ale house? Steam Crane on North Street is stocked up with local craft beers, ciders and beverages from around the world. It is the place to head for a pint under the glistening fairy lights in their large courtyard space.

North Street Standard

North Street Standard is anything but. Injecting life to the North Street strip with some sweet flavoured grapefruit and elderflower lagers, ales and more, you will want to soak up the lively atmosphere with a beer… they also do a cracking Sunday roast!

KASK

Giving you beer from local Bristol Breweries, Kask is more than just delicious wine! You’ll find some of their favourite batches of beer available to buy on a changing monthly basis, including drops with Left Handed Giant, Newtown Park Brewery, Lost + Grounded and many more. The perfect place with options for all.

THE OLD BOOKSHOP

100% vegan, vibrant and friendly - that is The Old Bookshop for you. Surround yourself with perfectly painted murals and soak up the relaxing atmosphere with a beer in hand. If you’re after a local brew or a Belgian beer, The Old Bookshop is the place to be. What more could you want?

THE SPOTTED COW

Are suntrap beer gardens something you crave? The award winning Spotted Cow has that country pub feel that can make you forget you’re in a bustling, lively city. Kick back in their stunning beer garden, with a bubbling beer, surrounded by your friends - delightful!

THE HEN AND CHICKEN

THE MALAGO

The beautifully blue, family-owned, independent restaurant on the corner, is the perfect place for a boozy-brunch with beer or sweet treats for you food lovers out there. In the heart of North Street, this isn’t a place to be missed. Celebrating Bristol’s independent producers, The Malago is the perfect one-stop destination.

TOBACCO FACTORY

Steeped in history, the Tobacco Factory’s colourful, contemporary bar & cafe is a buzzing hub for food, drinks, music and art. Previously having run their own craft beer festival, the Tobacco Factory knows their stuff when it comes to beer, with a range of craft beers from independent breweries in the South West.

BRISTOL BEER FACTORY

Fresh, exciting and sessionable beers to enjoy in their tap-room on North Street and you can even buy it to take home if you fall in love with it! Fresh cask, in a keg or in a can, there is beer for all.
