EAT:BEDMINSTER FESTIVAL IS TRANSFORMING EAST STREET INTO THE ULTIMATE FOOD MARKET ON 15TH APRIL

Over 60 food and drink stalls will take over East Street for eat:Bedminster on the 15th April showing off the very best of local hospitality at eat:Festival.

Created to celebrate local street food and producers in the hospitality industry, eat:Bedminster will see the road closure of East Street between 10am and 4pm on the day, for the local street stalls to take over the area to spotlight amazing food and drink.

This year due to the success of previous years the market will expand into Dean Street and "gateways" giving more room for local vendors and cracking entertainment. This includes family friendly shows with strolling entertainers and folk filled family show The Oak, The Ash and The Standing Stones performed by Tidal Tales Collective CIC.

A number of Bristol-based businesses will be participating in eat:Bedminster Festival, including local bakeries and patisseries such as Boujon Bakery, Knolly’s Desserts and La Bonne Crepe. For those plant based eaters attending, vegan food pop-up Soy Ahoy, Chiki Monkey and the vegan pies and doughnuts from Stop Ya Beefin will also be attending the festival.

In addition to the fantastic Bristol businesses taking, the taste of the Westcountry will be coming straight to your doorstep with a range of businesses and suppliers from further afield setting up on East Street. These include farmers market favourites such as cheese and charcuterie from Bath Soft Cheese Co and Somerset Charcuterie, fresh vegetable produce from Riverford Organic Farmers and Veg Life, to street-food classics by Big Munch Mac & Cheese and The Bratman.

A variety of local breweries from across the Westcountry will also be showing off their best ciders, ales and beers at eat:Bedminster, with the likes of Bollhayes’s cider from Devon, Pitchfork beer from Somerset and spirits from The Clevedon Distillery all on offer throughout the day.

eat:Bedminster will have plenty of options suitable for vegans, vegetarians, those with gluten-free allergies and those following a keto diet, including Pop’s Thai kitchen and Kinetic Kitchen Ltd, so everyone can enjoy the food and drink available.

Free to attend, eat:Bedminster Festival will be in full swing from 10am to 4pm with a walkable market layout, which will accommodate buggies, pushchairs and wheelchairs, making eat:Bedminster suitable for visitors of all ages. To make the festival fully accessible and safe, East Street will also be closed to road traffic throughout the day.

We can’t wait to see you there!
